Sam Sharpe. Went to the Chicago Alternative Comics Expo the other weekend and have been meaning to post some work by artists I saw and loved.
I picked up The Hound and the Musch at CAKE. Scott Roberts is great! His new webcomic is The Shee An Gannon and the Gruagach Gaire.
Bernie McGovern makes lovely watercolor paintings, as well, including one that I still think about, Dog Smelling Rain.
The finished cat breads poster design! It was a collab between me and Britt Sabo, we each drew about half the cats, then she colored them and designed the poster and I pulled the prints. People seemed to love them at CAKE, in that kind of horrified, but amused, sort of way.
Speaking of, I survived CAKE! It was a great show, I hope it happens again and they let me come back.
